Logos That Speak Louder Than Words.

Role: Branding, Design

I don't think there's anything that makes a designer question the decisions they've made in life quite like staring at a blank piece of paper at the start of a logo design project. A few of these concepts clicked right away. Others felt more like pulling teeth.

Logo Design

These projects ranged from established companies needing a refresh to brand new businesses starting from scratch, along with the occasional favor for friends. Every one of them was challenging, a little terrifying, and ultimately rewarding. When you're designing a logo, it's important to remember it has to live in the real world - not just on a crisp white piece of paper. Drop shadows and gradients might look great on screen, but they can quickly become a headache when a logo needs to be embroidered on a shirt or debossed into a leather journal. I always design with flexibility in mind. Happy clients are return clients.
